Presentations for Navy Service Days 2 FEBRUARY 2012 PHMA Registration Fees: The PHMA registration fees for PDS XXIV are centrally funded by CNIC for approved attendees. Approved attendees are Department of Navy Civilian and Military personnel from HQ, Region and Installations who provide direct support to the housing program. Navy Housing Awards Ceremony Rehearsal: (Mandatory for all A-List and Crystal Award winners) Wednesday, February 1, 2012 in the Regency Ballroom following the Senior Enlisted Leadership Panel. Navy Housing Awards Ceremony (Open to all): Thursday, February 2, 2012 in the Regency Ballroom. Friday eMH Breakout Sessions: eMH breakout sessions will take place from 0800-1200 on Friday, 3 February. There will be Joint Services training sessions on the following: Unaccompanied Housing Management, Family Housing Overseas Management and Data Mining Tricks. In addition there will be a Navy only session on Unaccompanied Requirements and Navy Assignment Policy. Please make your travel arrangements accordingly if you are interested in attending these sessions. Data Mining Tricks Learn the latest tips and tricks to find what you need in eMH. Session will cover the “InfoCenter Module” which now includes Multi-media content; Dashboards and Ad HOC “you can make your own” Reporting. Stump the experts with your “real world” questions. Navy Only Unaccompanied Requirements Navy Assignment Policy Learn how the eMH Base Loading and Requirements Modules will support the Navy’s new Unaccompanied Housing assignment policy. See the new format of the unaccompanied requirements documents, to include the R19. Time permitting, discussions, questions and answers about the BY13 base loading and requirements (family and unaccompanied) will be included. Unaccompanied Housing Management (UHM) Learn tips and tricks for using the eMH UHM. Find out what has change and what’s in the works. Get the facts about assignments, CNA’s, “person types” “building types” “room types” and reporting dimensions. Stump the experts with your “real world” questions. Family Housing Management (FHM) – Overseas Learn all the changes made to FHM for overseas this past year. (There Were A Bunch!) Navy Military Dress Code: Service Dress Blues for Military Service Day (2/2/12), including Navy Awards ceremony.
