SECTION 2. PHMA's Vision, Mission and Objectives are annually reviewed by the President, Executive Vice President, and eight elected members of the Board of Directors, whose essential function is to oversee, at the annual Board and General Membership meeting, in broad terms, the successful execution of PHMAs Vision, Mission and Objectives by the Central Office. The Board of Directors serves without compensation.
